I have experience developing and implementing social media and marketing strategies and managing social accounts for a major media outlet on a 24-hour news cycle. As social media manager for furniture design firm ErgoErgo, I create, schedule and monitor posts for its Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, and develop social strategy to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, traffic and sales. For leading advertising and marketing title Ad Age, I created, scheduled and monitored daily social media posts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and Snapchat. Within 12 months, I increased Twitter followers by 60,123, Twitter impressions by 7 million, LinkedIn followers by 265,000 and Facebook likes by 73,000. I conducted marketing for Ad Age events, initiatives and products in social media promotions and compiled analytics reports to develop strategies to increase traffic, reach and engagement. As web/newsletter editor, I created and published up to four e-newsletters daily and up to 18 weekly to 692,000 subscribers.
